A 30-year veteran of the beauty industry, winner of a NAHA award for hair color, and voted “most innovative” by the audience of Hair Color USA, Crae is passionate about helping salon professionals improve their etiquette. “Our industry has a great deal of influence on clients and those we come in contact with every day,” she says.
