Alli Webb is the co-founder of Drybar, the exclusive, all-style, no-attitude, high-design shop. Alli trained under the expert tutelage of John Peters, Toni & Guy, and the late, great John Sahag to become a professional hairstylist. Along with her brother and husband, Alli opened her first Drybar in February 2010. The physical “blow dry bar” location was the first of its kind in Los Angeles and has since expanded to an additional 13 locations in Southern California, Arizona, Texas, Georgia, NYC, and soon in Washington D.C. Interviewed by Winn Claybaugh, Alli covers a range of topics and messages, all designed to celebrate growth in the beauty industry.
